Ellen
Long, President / Principal Broker
A licensed real estate broker in Virginia,
Ellen began her career in Commercial Real
Estate in 1989 with Paragon Group/Insignia/ESG,
Inc. as Director of Leasing and Management
for the Carolinas and Virginia where she
was responsible for the marketing, leasing
and management for a retail and Class "A"
office portfolio of 2 million square feet
in Richmond, Virginia and the Carolinas.
With a combined background in management and leasing, Ellen has complete knowledge of creating the highest possible return to her clients and she provides them with the confidence that the best results have been obtained on any given task. Ellen has a proven track record with developers, institutional owners and retail representatives, creating long term relationships with her clients.
Ellen is an active member of the ICSC, the Virginia Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and Southern Virginia Retail Co-Chair 2006-2009.
Recipient of the 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010 CoStar Power Brokers Award for being one of the Top 10 Retail Leasing Brokers in Richmond, VA.
Ellen is native of South Carolina where she attended the University of South Carolina.

Michael
C. Weisberg, Vice President
Mike is a licensed associate broker in Virginia
and prior to joining Taylor Long Properties
spent the previous twelve years in commercial
real estate with Grubb & Ellis/Harrison
& Bates and Commonwealth Commercial Partners.
Mike’s experience also includes over
twenty years as a senior executive in the
retail industry with Federated Department
Stores, Associated Dry Goods, the Limited,
and Thalhimer’s Department Stores where
he served as president and CEO.
Mike focuses on the retail sector and specializes in investments, land acquisition, landlord and tenant represenation, disposition, and retail consulting services.
Mike's committment to customer service along with his retail experience and broad scope bring a unique perspective to Taylor Long Properties, making him particularly effective working with investors, developers, retailers and landlords in all facets of the commercial real estate business.
Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in marketing from Woodbury University. Mike is an active member of ICSC and previously chaired che States Government Relations Committee.

Clinton Greene, III, Commercial
Sales and Leasing
Clint is a retail specialist licensed in Virginia.
His extensive background in real estate, banking,
and sales add a new element of marketing to
Taylor Long Properties. Most recently he was
responsible for marketing and leasing shopping
centers for national real estate development
companies and REIT's. Clint also has enjoyed
working with national, regional, and local
tenants on site selection, market entries,
relocations, and additional locations.
Prior to joining the team at Taylor Long Properties, he spent four years with Atlanta-based The Shopping Center Group.
Clint is a proud graduate of Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. He currently serves on the Westwood Club abd Clemson Club boards and is a member of the Knights of Columbus. A native of Richmond, Clint attended Douglas S. Freeman and is an avid tennis player.

Robert
W. Marshall, Commercial
Sales and Leasing
Robert is a licensed real estate agent in
Virginia. Robert recently joined Taylor
Long Properties. He is a lifelong resident
of Richmond, Virginia and he has established
long term relationships with his clients.
Robert’s focus includes land sales,
site selection, tenant representation and
sales and leasing of commercial properties.
Robert is dedicated to extensive market
knowledge and is committed to providing
the highest levels of brokerage service
to his clients.
Prior
to joining Taylor Long Properties, Robert
has enjoyed a proven track record of owning
and operating many successful businesses
including Yesterdays Restaurant (13 years),
catering company, Marshall Oil Company,
operating multiple convenient stores and
leasing and developing commercial properties
with his family. Robert is a member of the
ICSC.
- 1992: BS from Old Dominion University
- 1993-2006: Owner and operator of Yesterday's Restaurant. Renovated 1950's era buillding and developed restaurant concept. Sold business in 2006
- 2001-Present: Owner of Marshall Oil Co. Owns and operates convenient stores.
- 1995-Present: Owner of Marshall Development. Develops and leases properties with family entities as well as other partnership groups.

Janice
Logue , Commercial Sales and Leasing
Janice is a licensed Real Estate agent in
Virginia. She has spent over 20 years in Commercial
Real Estate predominately working for tenants
such as Dollar Tree Stores, Peebles Department
Stores and Weight Watchers. She recently rejoined
the Taylor Long Properties team after working
as Real Estate Manager for Weight Watchers
North America, Inc. since 2006. She is a 1994
graduate of St. Leo College and recipient
of the St. Catherine Medal for scholastic
achievement. She is a member of ICSC, married
to a retired Navy officer and enjoys golfing
for pleasure. Janice specializes in tenant
representation and market research and currently
resides in Colonial Heights, VA.

Brian R. Bock , Commercial Sales and Leasing | Investment Manager
A Licensed Real Estate Agent in Virginia, Brian has been in the Richmond area since the mid 90's. He attended Virginia Commonwealth University, and earned a B.S. in Business with a focus in Real Estate and Urban Land Development and a minor in Economics. Brian started his career in real estate in residential management, then transitioned into a position as Commercial Portfolio Manager at Thalhimer for over three years, where he learned the "ins and outs" of retail, office and industrial properties. Brian worked closely with leasing agents to evaluate and market each segment of the commercial real estate industry. With a true passion for commercial real estate, Brian knew his calling was to help clients with their needs. He comes to Taylor Long Properties to service not only the property owners, but also as a tenant representative. Brian's extensive experience makes him capable of working in the retail segment, as well as in the office and medical sectors.

Vania Farnsworth, Marketing Specialist
Vania is Taylor Long Property's Marketing Specialist, in charge of marketing communications and sales support. She oversees the design of all the company's collateral, and support the sales team with initiatives regarding marketing and communications. She brings more than 15 years of experience in Marketing and Communications, Graphic Design and Property Management. A native of Southern France, Vania proudly earned her MBA from the Reims Management School in Reims, France, and has been living in the US for more than 15 years. Vania is a licensed real estate agent in
